As with all my music it starts with a meditation on my emotional core. My shadow allowed out to play in the sunlight, my subconscious sleeping with various persona. As California burned and US politics roiled.
Building beats and basslines first, and then multiple live passes of live synth/key loops and samples. Never overthinking. Trying to stay in the moment, reveling in where the sound takes me. Purposefully raw art-punk esthetics blurred with trip-hop groove, deconstructed in the name of Active Radical Thought.
