J Morales (aka – all the stores are closed) – is a percussionist who’s been playing up and down the west coast for the last 30 years. He’s spent decades playing with bands from Prog Rock to Free Jazz to Dub to Industrial to Techno to Cumbia and beyond. On his own (and under a few diff monikers) he has releases spanning Noise, Dub, Techno, Afrohouse, Ambient and more on a host of Tape and Digital labels.
